C. WILLIAMS Mr.Williams
has a general business litigation practice. As a former trial partner
at Bracewell & Patterson and a former litigation manager for a Fortune
500 corporation, Mr. Williams has advised and represented corporate clients,
both as plaintiff and defendant, in a wide range of legal matters, both
contract and tort. His clients have generally been concentrated in the
energy industry, particularly the gas and power sectors, but he has also
represented businesses in the manufacturing, health care, construction,
and chemical industries. Mr. Williams is a member of the bar of the United
States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth
Circuit, and the state bar of Texas. He attended college and law school
at Emory University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1976 and a Doctor
of Jurisprudence degree in 1979. He was a member of the law review. Mr.
Williams clerked for the Honorable Anthony A. Alaimo, United States District
Judge for the Southern District of Georgia. He is on the board of directors
of the Emergency Aid Coalition. |
