Mr. Gregor has a range of trial and appellate experience handling a variety of litigation matters, including commercial litigation and contract disputes, communications and media law, securities litigation, premises liability and related tort disputes. Mr. Gregor has achieved successful results for his clients in both jury and bench trials, before arbitration panels, and before various Texas Courts of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He also has advised his clients in a broad assortment of transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, license and access agreements, leases and master service agreements. Mr. Gregor is a 2001 cum laude graduate of South Texas College of Law where he was an Assistant Editor on the South Texas Law Review. He received his B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 1998. He is a member of the Defense Counsel Section of the Media Law Resource Center, the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. Mr. Gregor has been named by Texas Monthly as a Texas Super Lawyer - Rising Star each year from 2005 to 2008.
